InstantAI ("we", "us") is an independent reseller of subscription plans for third-party AI services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney Inc, xAI or Perplexity AI. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We arrange the activation of paid subscription plans either on an account you already own ("own account" delivery) or on a newly created account whose credentials are transferred to you ("ready-made account" delivery). Prices shown on the site include our service fee.
We never ask for the password to your existing account. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent — report it to us immediately.
Third-party providers may change their pricing, features or availability at any time. If a provider action makes delivery of a paid order impossible, the Refund Policy applies. We are not liable for changes a provider makes to its service after successful activation, except as covered by our warranty.
Orders may not be used for unlawful purposes, resale fraud, or violation of provider terms. We may refuse or cancel such orders with a full refund.
We do not collect or store card numbers or payment credentials — payment is handled by the payment gateway. We do not ask for and do not store passwords to your existing accounts.
Solely to deliver your order, provide warranty support and send order-related emails. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Order records are kept for the duration of the warranty period plus 12 months, then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time via support.
The site uses only functional browser storage (your cart contents). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Every subscription is covered for its entire paid period. If access is interrupted for reasons on our side or on the side of our supply chain, we will, at your choice:
You may cancel any order for a full refund at any point before activation is completed.
Contact us via the Support button on any page or reply to your order email. Include your order ID (IA-XXXXXX). Claims are processed within 24 hours; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
